Can I order my bracelet in different sizes?

No, all bracelets are produced in unit size. They have 5 rings / eyelets and can be individually adapted to each arm size.

Can I have my bracelet assembled individually?

No, at the moment it is not possible for us to make a single bracelet individually and on request for different reasons.

Can I wear my bracelet while bathing?

No, our bracelets are not waterproof. We recommend to remove the bracelets before bathing / showering. It is best not to take the bath or the shower because the high humidity promotes possible oxidation.

What is my bracelet made of?

The bracelets consist of laboratory-tested and absolutely safe materials. We use imitation jewelery elements (no precious metals), glass beads, plastic particles and leather straps.

What should I do if my bracelet is broken?

The best way to do this is by e-mailing and we clarify the possibilities ad-hoc.


What if I do not like my bracelet?

Within 14 days from order date you have a right of return or right of revocation. Simply return the bracelet unprocessed and original packed together with the delivered delivery note or the enclosed invoice to us. We would be delighted to receive a short information about why you should return the goods to us.


Can I still order my bracelet when it is not available?

No. However, there is the possibility that you are signing up for a reminder. Once the desired bracelet is available again, you will automatically be informed.

Can I order an individual bracelet for a certain event?

Yes, for special occasions such as birthdays, weddings, baptisms, anniversaries, etc., there is the possibility to order individual bracelets, which can be ordered at a special price. The ideal souvenir for your participants of a special occasion. Please send inquiries by e-mail.


How long does it take until I get my ordered bracelet?

We process the order (Monday - Sunday) and send the orders immediately with the post office. From the moment of handing over to the post office, the duration of the shipment will be determined according to the shipping method selected.

How long do I have a return?

You have a 14-day return.

How do I return my order?

Items unsealed, original packed and sent adequately protected against transport damage to our company address. Please send the delivered invoice or the delivery note, with this we can guarantee a clean procedure. Attention Shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer.


Does the bracelet look like the photo in the online store?

Basically not, since our articles are photographed in a photostudio with artificial light, there may be small (fine) differences. In addition, we have to take account of the fact that we produce HANDMADE, so it is not mass production and small adjustments can be made to the product.


How do I care for my bracelet and what can I do to keep it as long as possible?

We recommend that you wipe the bracelet after wearing with a dry cloth and place it in the supplied case. Close the casket so that no humidity can penetrate.

Can I specify a different delivery address?

Yes, it is possible to enter a delivery address different from the invoice in the checkout
